I take this opportunity to convey my sincere appreciation for the superb emergency service that was provided in response the the severe flooding of our residence discovered on the evening of July 3, 2009.

Upon our return from a two-week out of state trip, my wife and I came home to find that our residence flooded by an estimated 29,000 gallons of water from a defective toilet tank. The flooding caused extensive damage to the master bedroom, master bedroom closet, master bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Although it was the eve of a holiday weekend, a ServiceMaster crew arrived on the scene within a short period of time after receiving our call for assistance. Once on the scene, they worked diligently into the early morning hours to remove the flooded waters, carpeting, flooring and baseboard so that they could immediately place air blowers and dehumidifiers to dry out the wallboard and concrete pad. Thanks to their quick action, mold was only found in a few small places, which was immediately removed.

Throughout that evening and the following 10 days, ServiceMaster personnel were attentive, responsive and considerate of our needs. Also, noteworthy cooperation courtesy and concern were a source of comfort during this difficult time.

Again, the dedicated professionalism and customer first attitude of the emergency service crew comprised of Chris, Johnny, Steve and Violet are deeply appreciated and commended.

If you're looking for a superior carpet cleaning job, call Service Master Clean of Citrus County. I would recommend them to anyone. I have young children and two cats. You can imagine I have a lot of stains on my carpets. The experts from SMC got all the stains out and my carpets look brand new! I'm completely satisfied with the results.
