Chad at ServiceMaster is always my go-to request when we need one of our inventory homes deep cleaned and ready for new resident's move-in. Chad is also excellent when it comes to commercial office cleaning as he serviced us on 12/13/22. Chad is thorough and takes a good amount of time to ensure every inch of living space is free of dust, dirt, grime, etc. We will continue to use ServiceMaster for our commercial in-office cleaning needs and hope that Chad is available for our future inventory home deep cleaning jobs. We suffered a major breach of water line coming into kitchen which caused substantial flooding throughout our house. ServiceMaster was out within hours cleaning up and installing drying fans and dehumidifiers. Within days of that a Cameron Andrew and Mike Jones were sent to remove all flooring and were extremely professional, pleasant and are doing an outstanding job. So far so good. Great service. My area rug came out looking like new. I paid less than $50 to have my area rug scrubbed clean. They did a wonderful job. Andrea and Manuel were absolutely fantastic! They communicated their arrival time, showed up when they said they would, and were beyond pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable with the suggested course of action to fix our home. I felt they were fair and acted quickly to make sure they took least invasive, but still effective course of action to restore our home. Ashley and Molly in the main office was also great to work with! Extremely responsive. Purchased a house in New Smyrna Beach and there were no red flags after our mold inspection. However, when replacing some laminate flooring a few months later, some mold was found on floor of a room adjacent to a bathroom that had prior evidence of drywall repair. New mold test of house pointed to problem with only that room. While other companies tried to engage us in whole house treatment (and reach the limit cost-wise of insurance coverage for such an event), the folks at ServiceMaster Restore focused on the problem (after their own evaluation) and provided the best quote of three companies engaged to deal with the problem.. Erin came to our house the same day we contacted the company and within 24 hours of agreeing to the work, Tommy and Luis visited to initiate treatments to two rooms . The folks at ServiceMaster Restore quickly respond, are unobtrusive and in general, exceptional to work with. The little bit of experience we now have with mold remediation has taught us that some companies may be hustling, trying their best to extract maximum $$ to the limit of insurance coverage for work that is not evidence-based. Also, we had to wait 4-7 days for two other quotes while ServiceMaster Restore provided a quote the say day as their first visit.
