What We Do

ServiceMaster Professional Services provides fire, water and mold restoration services for communities in our service area. Because disaster can strike any time, our remediation and restoration services operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When a customer experiences fire or water damage, time is of the essence to minimize the extent and intensity of damage. Our teams are on call 24 hours a day for rapid response to emergency calls.

We train our cleaning teams to use equipment, disinfectants and other products safely and effectively. Training includes meeting our company’s standards for high-quality, thorough work. Our goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Our Teams

Our employees include office staff, warehouse and maintenance staff, remediation supervisors and technicians. We hire experienced, certified technicians as well as entry-level technicians and general labor trainees, offering on-the-job experience and training to improve existing skills and learn new ones.

Although specific requirements vary according to each position, all employees must be courteous, report to work in clean uniforms and pass background checks. Because our work often involves on-the-spot decision making based on assessment of damage and services required, technicians must be able to follow supervisor’s instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
